APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. JadeZ, Inc. reserves the right, upon arriving late to shorten the length of service and/or cancel services with no fee adjustment. If receiving a makeup/cosmetic service, it is recommended to wear a button up shirt and come with only with your foundation on. If you are receiving a spa service, it is recommended to not wash your face prior to service.
CREDIT CARDS & PAYMENT
JadeZ, Inc. currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Cash and checks are also welcomed. Payment is due upon services rendered. Packages and gift certificates must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
CANCELLATIONS
Visa/MasterCard/American Express/Discover or a gift certificate is required to reserve a spa service for one hour or longer. Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment time. This advancement period will ensure the opportunity for other patrons’ appointment options. A 50% charge will be assessed for cancellation less than 24 hour in advanced or failure to keep your appointment without notice. Gift certificates will no longer be valid if the appointment is missed without notification.
CELL PHONES
To ensure the quality of service and a relaxing experience, cell phones and pagers should be turned off or silenced in the spa room.
CHILDREN
JadeZ, Inc. welcomes children and teenagers. The spa respectfully request that they be accompanied by an adult to ensure a true spa experience.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates may be purchased for any dollar amount. Gift certificates may only be redeemed for Spa or Makeup Services. They may not be used toward retail products or gratuity. Gift certificates are valid for 3 month, 6 month and up to one year. There will be a $25 fee to reactivate an expired gift certificate. Gift certificates are non-refundable and are not cash redeemable. JadeZ, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
RETAIL
JadeZ, Inc. offers clinical and natural spa retail products. Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for credit only. No cash or charge refunds will be issued.
